Municipal Road Administration in Bielsko-Biała
As part of the public procurement, a design-cost-estimate and tender documentation was prepared for the landscaping of the intersection of Ks. Stojałowskiego, Wyzwolenia and Władysława Broniewskiego streets and the square around the Divine Providence Church in Bielsko-Biała. As part of the task, greenery, pavements, small architecture were designed and the author’s supervision over the investment was performed.
The developed project documentation met the investor’s expectations, was prepared on time and in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and technical and construction regulations. The implementation of the investment was carried out under the supervision of the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments.
FIORI Group
FIORI Sp. z o.o. commissioned a complete, full-scope design and cost-estimate documentation within the EU project entitled “Concept for the development of green areas in Kędzierzyn Koźle”. under the design and build formula. The project investor was the Kędzierzyn-Koźle City Council.
The complete documentation prepared obtained the necessary agreements, opinions
and a building permit. The design work was carried out on time, with the greatest possible commitment, in accordance with art and applicable regulations.
Representation Centre of the Ministry of Defence in Helenów
On the grounds of the historic palace and park complex in Helenów, care works for nine natural monument trees were supervised. The scope of work included the reduction of damaged, dead branches, removal of dries and the installation of ties to protect parts of the trees’ crowns from breaking off. The work was carried out using the rope access method. Thanks to the acquired knowledge, experience and authorisations to work in monumental areas, the nursing work under the supervision of JANUSZÓWKA was carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Passion and Marian Sanctuary UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site
In the area of the Mannerist historical architectural and landscape complex and pilgrimage park – Dróżki in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, design work and a dendrological expert opinion on the trees were carried out together with an in-depth instrumental diagnosis. The documentation prepared obtained the necessary documents, including a permit from the Voivodeship Office for Historic Preservation to implement the project and carry out tree care works.
Bestwina Commune
As part of the task entitled ‘The palace park in Bestwina – revitalisation of greenery’, care and maintenance work on the historic tree stock was managed. The task also included planting trees and shrubs in the fabric of the historic park. A team of authorised persons from Studio JANUSZÓWKA participated in the management of the work. The work was carried out on time and in accordance with the art of arboriculture.

We have been awarded both at the local level – many of the distinctions were received from representatives of the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship – as well as in national competitions, as well as in nationwide architectural and urban planning competitions.
