Landscape Architecture Design Studio JANUSZÓWKA, based in Bielsko-Biała, is a team of architects with various specialisations. We create complex landscape designs, interior designs and individual house designs. We are involved in the revitalisation and revitalisation of sites, including historic areas.
In our offer, you will find holistic design of domestic gardens and planning of common spaces around public buildings. We are specialists in dendrology: we carry out instrumental diagnostics of trees, greenery inventories and dendrological supervision. Landscape designs

We design domestic gardens, parks, water and landscape settings, green areas in public spaces, including historic ones. We initiate performative and experimental activities in the existing landscape. Thanks to our extensive knowledge
and more than 20 years of experience, we can reinterpret any existing area according to the client’s expectations.

Interior designs

We enable the full potential of the existing interior by tailoring solutions to the desired standard, style, function and budget, making use of the strengths of the existing condition. We design both private residential interiors, and public spaces: retail, catering, offices.

Architecture

JANUSZÓWKA’s projects are created on the basis of a holistic approach: architectural objects and the surrounding space are treated as a whole, and the proposed solutions harmoniously combine elements of landscape architecture and interior architecture.

Dendrology and supervision

We are certified inspectors of works in green areas and experts in dendrology, design and landscaping. We carry out greenery inventories, prepare opinions and expert reports as expert witnesses. We also perform dendrological works in historic sites, entered in the register of and records of monuments.

We always consciously locate our ideas in the existing landscape, focusing on creating a modern, functional, user-friendly space. JANUSZÓWKA’s offer also includes a wide spectrum of services in the field of dendrology – from greenery inventories to complex expert opinions with instrumental diagnostics of trees. We also perform dendrological studies as expert witnesses.

stages of cooperation

We start our cooperation with a conversation about your expectations and needs regarding the designed space. The initial stage of activities also includes pre-design work: field inspection, photographic documentation, necessary measurements for the purpose of the project. Each of the subsequent stages is carried out with your participation and approval, thanks to which the finished project precisely matches the previously established assumptions.
We introduce you to the atmosphere of your design. Among other things, you will receive from us a functional and spatial layout, layout plans, visualisations, models, inspiration sheets and proposed solutions.
At this stage, we clarify the accepted design solutions, select the equipment and materials proposed at the concept stage. The concept will already be a technical drawing. Listening to your needs, together we choose the best solutions from the proposals contained in the concept.
We provide you with complete technical documentation, which includes detailed execution drawings, projections and sections, quantity lists necessary for pricing, data sheets of selected materials and equipment elements. On the basis of the complete technical documentation, we can help in selecting a contractor.
We look forward to working with you during the construction phase. We are happy to assist you in the implementation of the construction work so that it proceeds as designed. We are your support, we are happy to provide assistance and experience. As part of our supervision, we meet in our studio for consultations and on the construction site. Together with the contractor, we choose the best solutions during the construction phase.
We are pleased that our collaboration often does not end after the project is completed. Beautiful, long-standing gardens often need a consultation and a facelift, and interiors change as the lives and work of their users change.
